Standard or Custom?
We provide customers with two choices for cutting instructions: "Standard Cut" and "Custom Cut".
The Standard Cut is perfect for those seeking top-notch cuts at a reasonable price.
Our skilled meat processors carve your beef with expertise, resulting in minimal waste and exceptional cuts for your enjoyment.
All cutting orders must be received
48 hours after your animal’s slaughter date.
Any orders not received by the time livestock moves to the cutting room, ‘Standard Cuts’ will be the default.
*Please note that “Standard Cut” is only available for side orders or whole beef, but not split sides.
Beef Standard Cut
$1.25 / lb
Each package includes:
2lb packs of ground beef
3-4 lb roasts
2 steaks per package
Beef Custom Cut
$1.35 / lb
If you have specific preferences for your cuts, the Custom Cut is recommended.
Pork Standard Cut
$1.25 / lb
Each package includes:
Ham, Bacon and Sausages
4 Chops
3-4 lbs Roasts
Pork Custom Cut
$1.35 / lb
With this option, you can enjoy your favourite cuts exactly how you like them.
Goat Standard Cut
$1.60 / lb
Each package includes:
1 lb packs of Ground Lamb
3-4 lb Roasts
2 Loin Chops
Goat Custom Cut
$1.60 / lb
