- Custom: $1.35/lb
- Standard: $1.25/lb
- Sheep / Goat: $80 minimum ( based on 50 lb carcass weight )
- $1.60/lb CWF on carcasses over 50 lbs
- Cured Ham & Bacon (includes slicing): $3.75/lb
- Slab Bacon: $3/lb
- Sausage (fresh): $3.25/lb

0-449 lbs Cost per head $250
450-599 lbs Cost per head $250
600-699 lbs Cost per head $275
700-799+ lbs Cost per head $300
800-999 lbs Cost per head $325
1000+ lbs Cost per head $375
Older than 30 months add a +$40 SRM fee
Load out fee for slaughter only, $25 per side

Less than 200 lbs: $75 per head
200 - 249 lbs: $85 per head
250 - 299 lbs: $95 per head
300+ lbs: $125 per head
BBQ pigs less than 150 lbs $90
BBQ pigs larger than 150 lbs $100
Coloured pigs +$10 per head (if the head slaughterman deems excessive labour)
Needing to be skinned (too big to scold) +$50 per head
Load out fee for slaughter only, $10 per pig

75 lbs and over - $75 per head
